My name is Katie, wife to Oliver and proud mum to Zach, Olivia, and Max. Everything I do in life is for them, and they are the reason behind The Shropshire Wedding Nanny.

 

As a Shropshire-based event nanny, I specialise in wedding childcare—giving couples peace of mind that their children are fully cared for from start to finish on one of the most important days of their lives. With a passion for early years combined with a love for weddings and love stories, I am here to support families every step of the way.

The Shropshire Wedding Nanny provides bespoke childcare services nationwide and we are available for destination weddings, after successfully completing gorgeous weddings in the South of France and Sicily, Italy.

 

The idea for The Shropshire Wedding Nanny was born from my own wedding day. I experienced first-hand how difficult it was to find a suitable nanny for our three children—and, given my childcare background, I’ll admit I was a little fussy! This experience inspired me to create a service that offers parents choice, flexibility, and reassurance on their special day.

 

I am a qualified early years professional with 20 years of experience caring for children from birth to 10+. From working in nurseries to travelling the world as a nanny, I have truly loved every moment. My whole career has been dedicated to childcare, and I continue to update my skills regularly through training such as paediatric first aid, safeguarding, and child protection.
